Michael Wystrach - President
Mike Wystrach, a seasoned entrepreneur, has experience working in every stage of business, ranging from equity sales on Wall Street, to commercial real estate development to launching startups. His hands-on experience in the business world and strong work ethic, fostered by growing up on his family ranch in southern Arizona, provided him the foundations to lead and grow multiple start-ups.
In 2012, Wystrach founded Freshly, the leading manufacturer of fresh, prepared meals in the U.S. As former founder & CEO, Wystrach led the charge at Freshly to deliver great-tasting meals directly to its customer’s doorsteps, while significantly reducing the environmental impact of the food industry. In October 2020, Freshly was acquired by Nestle for $1.5B.
Most recently, Wystrach co-founded Petfolk and after leaving Freshly joined full time as Chairman and Co-CEO. Petfolk is a veterinary service built around how modern pet parents and their pets live today by offering gold standard medicine paired with superior technology to make pet care the way it should be – easy, comfortable, and stress-free for pets.
Additionally in Wystrach’s free time he is an active investor & advisor in both European & US startups as well as Venture Capital firms.

Michael Munnelly - Vice President
Michael Munnelly is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where he received his degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. While at UNC, Munnelly was a dean's list student, on the ACC Honor Roll for 4 years in a row and President of Carolina Dream, a student body organization that partners student athletes with programs in need at the UNC Children's Hospital.
Munnelly began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the equity derivatives and credit groups. In 2017 he joined his current team as Executive Director in the leveraged finance credit trading group at JP Morgan Chase.
Munnelly has spent a great deal of time and resources supporting a number of meaningful charities. He was a Student Sponsorship Mentor for over 5 years, a volunteer at Memorial Sloan Kettering for 7 years and currently spends time each weekend supporting families and children with reading and writing activities. Michael and his wife Brie believe that their three daughters will learn the importance of philanthropy through their example, and together, have committed to making their community service a priority.

Scott Gehnrich - Asst. Vice President
Scott Gehnrich was born and raised in Garden City and has strong ties to the community. He received a BS in Economics from the Smeal School of Business at Penn State University in 2006, where he was a Division 1 scholarship athlete.
In 2013, Scott joined Piper Sandler, a top ranked firm in M&A deals. He is currently a Managing Director in the Equities division, bringing with him extensive experience and knowledge in the Capital Markets industry. Prior to Piper Sandler, he worked in sales at Sidoti & Co. and Bloomberg. Scott and his wife, Allie, who also grew up in Garden City, recently moved back to raise their three young boys, Charlie, Owen, and Gavin.
Together, Scott and Allie have a growing commitment to giving back and supporting the surrounding communities by providing opportunities to children and families experiencing poverty.

Dennis Hannan - Secretary
Dennis Hannan is the current Director of Sales at Tradeweb, a leading international financial technology company. Prior to Tradeweb, Hannan spent over eight years at Credit Suisse, most recently as Director of Credit Trading, responsible for the energy and utilities sector. Before CS, Hannan worked in global banking and fixed income at HSBC.
Hannan graduated from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in 2008 and spent a summer studying International Finance at the University of Oxford. In 2014, Hannan became a Chartered Financial Analyst and was a member of Credit Suisse’s accelerated leadership program.
Dennis and his wife Hillary have chosen to raise their three daughters in Garden City. As a family, they have made a commitment to give their time, resources, and knowledge to help provide equity and opportunity to families on Long Island.

Michael Schwalb - Treasurer
Michael Schwalb is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of experience in the digital media and tech industries. Currently, Schwalb is the GM of Data and Advertising at JW Player, one of the world's leading and most widely distributed digital video platforms. In his role, Schwalb leads a global team focused on facilitating the largest digital media organizations to drive momentum through unique data and advertising offerings.
Prior to JW Player, Schwalb held several key leadership positions within a number of successful public and private entities within the advertising technology space. He is also an active and ongoing startup investor and an avid golfer.
Michael and his wife Tricia live in Garden City with their three energetic young boys. As a family, they have pledged to support equal education and health opportunities for families experiencing generational poverty.

Brad Barnett - Community Chair
Brad Barnett, a graduate of Tulane University (BSM) and Columbia University (MSM), has held various senior leadership roles at companies ranging from Professional Sports (NBA & WNBA) to Startups (Sports Museum of America & EZ Access Tickets) to Family-Owned (Barnett Associates) and FORTUNE 1000 (Equifax).
Currently Brad is the Director of Strategic Accounts at Thomas & Company, a leading Unemployment services provider to numerous FORTUNE 500 companies across the US.
Brad has lived in Garden City for 10 years with his wife and two children and enjoys coaching them in various sports and playing competitive amateur golf in his spare time.

Brian Falk - Admissions Chair
Brian Falk, a graduate of The Ohio State University, comes with a diverse and broad professional background. In 2019, Falk joined Tradeweb, the leading fixed income and derivatives trading platform, as Vice President of Technology Sales with a heavy focus on fixed income credit markets.
Prior to his time at Tradeweb, Falk managed on-air advertising sales for Comcast Networks and then fixed income brokerage at BGC Partners.
Falk is part of a large, multi-generational family with an ongoing commitment to community and the value of supporting families who need it most. Along with his wife Kellen and their children, Annie and Harry, they live in Garden City and remain committed to philanthropy and the joy of giving.

John Keller - Director
John Keller has been at UBS Securities since 2013 and is currently the Head of Investment Grade Credit Distribution, Americas. Prior to UBS, Keller worked for Nomura Securities International, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers.
Keller holds a B.A. in communications from Villanova University where he was a member of the Varsity Golf Team. While at Villanova, Keller served on the Finance Department Advisory Counsel for two years.
Outside of his work, Keller is a youth hockey coach and enjoys spending time with his wife Gabby and their two sons, Jackson and Austin.

Chris Pombar - Community Chair
Chris Pombar is an Account Sales Executive at The Walt Disney Company bringing a diverse perspective to Council 1869 by combining advertising & financial expertise, strategy and governance to deliver thoughtful questions and insights that help drive informed decisions. With more than 15 years of experience, he has helped guide some of the top companies in the world across a variety of industries including JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Visa, T-Mobile and Coca-Cola. Chris is able to draw upon a wide range of experiences which enables him to collaborate effectively.
He currently serves on several committees for the Atlantic Beach Club and is a passionate member of Disney’s VoluntEARS program, contributing to causes great and small in local communities and around the world.
Chris is a graduate of Gettysburg College and earned his MBA from Fordham University. He is an avid golfer and currently resides in Garden City with his wife Lauren, and their two children.
